I was interested to see that guy's comment about the theft of copper. I think I might have already told you that a friend of mine had the copper pipes stolen out of an investment property he was refurbishing in downtown Baltimore.

Has copper theft always been a problem? I had never heard of it, but now it seems to be a fairly serious issue.

Metal commodities are at a premium right now with copper and aluminum demanding the highest prices in years due to increase demand overseas. I remember that Baltimore had a problem within the last year where people were stealing lightpoles and guardrails and selling those items for scrap.

Thanks Mari for the notes. It was interesting to hear that they want people to quit walking their dogs on the property ...

I guess the drug dealing can continue though ... ;-)
