It's a Buyer's Market

In today's Post, Signs of a Buyer's Market. Maybe if the prices calm down some of my university employed (is it me or do the institutions of higher learning 'round here pay peanuts?) friends can maybe buy a small condo.

I probably could be making more elsewhere. But, I am satisfied with my salary, my job is very low stress and I get a lot of vacation time.

Are there any townhouses in your particular neighborhood up for sale?

Up the road, and down a ways there are tons of condos up for sale. None of them affordable for a certain someone. None of them begin with the number 1. They tend to start with 2 or 3 as in $260,000. MH needs things starting with a one or something with fewer than six figures.

Do you call what you live in a townhouse or a condo?
