I created this website because I found very little information about my section of Shaw, the portions east of 7th Street and north of the Mt. Vernon section. I would and still do post announcements related to my section of Shaw and other areas close in, such as southern LeDroit, Eckington and Bloomingdale.

This is a one woman site. No committees, no board, no group of citizens. Just one woman and her computer. So things may be put up or neglected at my whim.
